There are several ways to find information on how to contact the Council. As you browse the web site you will see that many services provide detailed contact information in their pages.
Online
If you are looking for the contact details of a specific officer or Council service, try looking in our A-Z of Council Services. Telephone, Fax, e-mail and postal information is provided for a wide range of Council services.
You can telephone the main Council Switchboard on 01492 574000. The office hours are 8.45am to 5.15pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.45am to 4.45pm on Fridays.
In line with our commitment to ensure our services are accessible and fair, customers with hearing or speech impairments, who have a text phone, can get in touch with any Council service by dialling 18001 before the full telephone number. A BT operator will act as an intermediary, relaying the call between the customer and the council officer. There is no additional cost to use this service.
