Guide to Collections

Brief outline of the key collections held by the archive

The major part of the collection consists of the administrative records of the local government authorities, from those parts of Gwynedd, which are now in Conwy. It is hoped that the corresponding records for those bodies, which were in Clwyd and are now in Conwy, will also be transferred to Llandudno in due course.

We also hold a number of private collections of local organisations, businesses and individuals, including a collection of photographs.
