How much are your fees?

Is there a different fee for commercial properties?

The fees for commercial properties/land are no different.

Where can I obtain the forms LLC1 and the forms CON29?

Do you receive searches electronically via the Internet?

Yes, via the Local Land Charges Unit search request form – please see link below.

Or via NLIS (National Land and Information Service) – please see link below.

Do I need a plan?

Yes, this authority will not accept local searches without two plans with the area to be searched clearly outlined.

Where can I obtain plans from?

Local Land Charges can provide plans (x2) for a fee of £20.00.  For more information please contact Local Land Charges Unit on 01492 576094/5.

How do I find out who owns a property/land and boundary issues?
