The Revised Conwy 'Deposit LDP' is out for consultation for a period of 6 weeks which will close on Tuesday 26th April 2011 at 4.45pm. Please make sure your representations reach us by this date in order for us to consider them as valid.

Comments on the revised Conwy Deposit LDP can also be sent using the representation form which is available in 'pdf' format below or at Council Offices, local Libraries or via one of the LDP Exhibition drop-in events.
Copies of the documents and maps are also available for public inspection at main Council Offices, local libraries or by visiting one of the LDP Exhibition drop-in events which are scheduled as follows:

Any representation or comment proposing an additional, amended or alternative site for development or one that proposes to include a site previously rejected by the Authority should include a sustainability appraisal. It should also include information regarding the site's compatibility with the Plan's sustainability appraisal. An alternative site which has not been subject to a sustainability appraisal is unlikely to be considered suitable for allocation in the Plan by the Inspector.
