How to share your views on the Revised Deposit LDP

You can make your representations on the revised Deposit LDP until 26th April 2011. This section explains how to offer your feedback online, by post or in person at our drop-in events.

The Revised Conwy 'Deposit LDP' is out for consultation for a period of 6 weeks which will close on Tuesday 26th April 2011 at 4.45pm. Please make sure your representations reach us by this date in order for us to consider them as valid.

Comments on the revised Conwy Deposit LDP can also be sent using the representation form which is available in 'pdf' format below or at Council Offices, local Libraries or via one of the LDP Exhibition drop-in events.

Copies of the documents and maps are also available for public inspection at main Council Offices, local libraries or by visiting one of the LDP Exhibition drop-in events which are scheduled as follows:

  • Colwyn Bay Library - 17th March 9:00am - 6:45pm
  • Abergele Library - 24th March 10:00am - 6:45pm
  • Llandudno Library - 28th March 9:00am - 6:00pm
  • Glasdir, Llanrwst - 31st March 9:00am - 6.45pm
  • Penmaenmawr Community Centre - 5th April 9:00am - 6:45pm
  • Conwy Business Centre, Llandudno Junction - 11th April 9:00am - 6:45pm

  • Kinmel Bay Community Centre, 13th April 9:00am - 6:00pm

  • By email to cdll-ldp@conwy.gov.uk (Please complete the second representations form attached below as you can type directly into this)
  • By handing in your form at one of the Deposit LDP 'drop-in' events.

Any representation or comment proposing an additional, amended or alternative site for development or one that proposes to include a site previously rejected by the Authority should include a sustainability appraisal. It should also include information regarding the site's compatibility with the Plan's sustainability appraisal. An alternative site which has not been subject to a sustainability appraisal is unlikely to be considered suitable for allocation in the Plan by the Inspector.  Please see the SA/SEA guidance note below.
