Welsh Government Supporting People Programme Grant

The Supporting People Programme has been in existence since April 2003 and has had a major impact, preventing homelessness and enabling vulnerable people to remain living independently in the community. The programme provides support to households who are vulnerable and at risk of losing their home or those who require support to regain their independence. People receiving services funded by the Supporting People Grant, cover a broad range of needs but include some of the most vulnerable people in our society.
