How do I find out if a road is adopted (publically maintained)?

A copy of the Register is available to view at the Environment, Roads and Facilities offices (address below). This lists all the roads that the Council has a duty to maintain, roads that are due to be adopted under Section 38 agreements, public footpaths and bridleways. We can supply written information of whether a road is publically maintained or not in response to formal written requests. Fees are applicable - see below.

How do I confirm the extent of the highway?

How do I find out about road and traffic schemes in Conwy County?

A copy of the Road and Traffic Schemes Register is available to view at the Environment, Roads and Facilities (address below). This includes Section 278 agreements. We can supply written information regarding road proposals in Conwy County in response to formal written requests. Fees are applicable - see below.

For written replies outside the Con 29 search procedure, there is a charge of £35.00 for up to three questions and £10.00 for every additional question.
