The authority is undergoing some changes to its procedures and as part of this change a corporate decision has been made not to accept cash and cheque payments that are received by hand at our offices from 1st October, 2018.
Therefore if you are wishing to call in to make a payment, only electronic card payments will be accepted or an online payment can be made (where applicable) using one of the computer terminals in reception.
This change will take place in all of the main offices within Conwy but it will not apply to Libraries, Leisure Centres and Llandudno Town Hall, where cash payments will continue to be accepted.
We will however, continue to accept payments made by cheque that are received by post.
