The Council is currently consulting on the Review Report which sets out how the current adopted Local Development Plan (2007-2022) has performed, and highlights any areas which indicate that a replacement Local Development Plan is required. The Review Report is the outcome of LDP performance and evidence as drawn from previously produced Annual Monitoring Reports and evidence base. You are now invited to comment on the Review Report below.

Copies are also available at all Conwy libraries and Council Offices

The LDP Review Report highlights the need for a replacement Local Development Plan to be prepared for the period 2022 onwards.  Following consultation on this Review Report, the next stage is to prepare and consult on a Delivery Agreement for the replacement Conwy LDP.

Please be aware that this consultation is limited to comments on the LDP Review Report only. It is not an opportunity to comment on the existing adopted Local Development Plan; to submit land for consideration for inclusion or to state any changes you may want to see made in the replacement Local Development Plan. This will come at a later a preparation stage.

All comments should be made no later than 5pm on 22 December 2017.
