2018 World Shore Angling Championships

With less than a month to go until the World Shore Angling Championships take place in Conwy County, the Organising Committee wish to thank sponsors who provide much needed finance or resource to make an event on this scale possible.

The Organising Committee consists of representatives of the Welsh Federation of Sea Anglers, the Welsh Teams, and Conwy County Borough Council.

Many of the sponsors have been a part of the planning process, but we’re aware all are looking forward to welcoming the many countries to Conwy County for this championship. With many thanks to all sponsors for their contributions; Conwy County Borough Council, Welsh Government, Gwynt y Mor, Colwyn Business Improvement District, Penmaenmawr Town Council, Anglesey Bait Centre, Conwy Town Council, Go North Wales, View Creative Agency, Anglesey Sea Zoo, Yuki, Aber Falls, Laver’s Tide Tables, The Knight Shop, Anyfish Anywhere, Fladen Fishing, and Huws Gray.

The World Shore Angling Championships will take place in Conwy County 20-26 October, the first time the event has been hosted in Wales.
