Archived agendas, reports and minutes of meetings (up to November 2008)

In this section you’ll find archived agendas, reports and minutes for meetings that took place before November 2008.

If you are looking for current Meetings and Minutes, please follow this link.

Agendas give details of when and where meetings take place, who attends, and what is going to be discussed. They normally have reports attached.

Reports are documents that give information to help those at the meeting consider what is going to be discussed.  Information in a report might include legal advice, the financial implications of a decision, an update on progress of past decisions and other relevant issues.

Minutes are the formal record of what was decided at the meeting. They also tell you who was present.

As much information as possible is made available to the public, and is published on the internet. Some documents are not open to the public, either because of legal reasons or to protect sensitive information.

Local libraries also have copies of Council agendas, reports, and minutes that you can look at.
