Flooding is a natural occurrence and can occur during prolonged rainfall and after flash storms. No drainage system or flood protection measures can give an absolute protection from all flooding events. We will provide emergency response to flooding by closing roads, setting up diversions, pumping flooded highways and where possible sandbagging properties threatened by flooded highways.
