Planning application forms

Forms

Download planning application forms and guidance notes, ask for printed forms to be sent to you, or complete applications on-line.

Conwy has adopted the new 1APP National Planning Application forms.  These forms are available to download directly from the Planning Portal website.

The Planning Portal has created a page on their website specifically for printing these forms.  To assist you in selecting the correct form the website will ask a series of questions, the result will be an application form that matches your requirements.

Please click on the '1APP Form selection' option under the 'Weblinks' heading below to go to the Planning Portal website.

Or you can make an application on-line through the Planning Portal.

In addition to the 1APP planning application forms you may need to submit a Design and Access Statement. Please use the link to Design and Access Statements for further information.

You will need to submit a location plan. To obtain information click the link to Planning application location plans.

Important

Applications cannot be registered until all the information has been provided. Applications which have been wrongly filled in or which do not include all the supporting information that is needed will be returned to you for correction, so please take care to complete the forms accurately and carefully. Guidance notes and submission checklists have been produced to help you.
