Our support workers will help you live as independently as possible in your own home, helping with things like:

  • Personal care
  • Helping with your money
  • Helping with your shopping, and
  • Carrying out what it says in your careplan

Houses/tai
Adult placement scheme 29/10/2007

The adult placement scheme gives people the chance to live in a family home with carers rather than in a residential care home.


Hands
Home Care Service 29/10/2007

We provide a home care service. This service is also called domiciliary care. Our support workers help people live as independent a life as possible in their own home.


The Approved Landlord Scheme 29/10/2007

In the approved landlord scheme, landlords provide extra housing support to tenants in private rented accommodation. This extra support helps them to live independently and to continue in their tenancy. It is run as part of the Supporting People scheme.
