If you would like to view planning application or decision files please visit the reception desk at the Civic Offices, Colwyn Bay during normal office hours.
All planning applications are given a reference number. This number is shown on the site notice and on neighbour notifications. Please bring this number with you if you know it, as this will make it easier for us to find the file you are interested in.
There may be a charge for copying information from the files.
You can view or download lists of the applications received weekly and the decisions made fortnightly by clicking on the links below.
To search the planning lists click on the 'Planning Explorer' link. Attached to this page you will find some simple guides that will show you how to use the Planning Explorer search system.
