North West Wales Local Housing Market Assessment

Houses

Here you can find out about the North West Wales Local Housing Market Assessment (NWWLHMA) and who is involved in the assessment. You can also keep up to date with current progress, read the latest reports, and take part in consultations when they are taking place.

The NWWLHMA is the first stage in the development of a continuous housing market assessment model for North West Wales. It covers Anglesey, Conwy, Denbighshire Gwynedd and Snowdonia National Park. It will develop a means of monitoring and responding to changes in the housing profile of the area. It assesses local housing markets and looks at housing need in the area.

Welsh Assembly Government promotes the use of local housing market assessments, and provided the guidance for the report. Their document Local housing market assessment guide is attached to this page. This document is only available in English.
