We offer a wide range of Fitness Classes suitable for all abilities. Whether you are a beginner and want to go at a nice steady pace or want more of a challenge then we have classes to suit all of your needs.

The Ffit Conwy Membership includes access to 5 Fitness Suites, 4 Swimming Pools, over 100 Aerobic Classes and 10 Leisure Centres from just £26.25 per month! Please see this section for more details.

You will find information relating to our clubs and activities in this section including - Junction Judo, Grays Gymnastics, Climbing Club, Kung Fu / Kickboxing, Creche, Birthday Parties and Holiday Activities.

Llandudno Junction Leisure Centre offers also offers a range of outdoor activites, information on these can be found in this section including Mountain Biking and Orienteering.

STORM is a 25-station Wellness Suite fitted with Technogym cardio-vascular and strength training equipment. The suite has also been kitted out with the Wellness System, which is the latest way to monitor fitness.
