Simply call in to your nearest library or complete the online joining form and pick up your membership card from your library of choice.

Customers come first in Welsh libraries! As a Welsh citizen and a resident of Conwy County you can take advantage of the 'Library Entitlements for Citizens' which have been jointly developed by the Welsh Assembly Government, Welsh Local Government Association and the Society of Chief Librarians in Wales

If you wish to use the computers in Conwy libraries you must do so in accordance with the conditions set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.

There is no age limit for joining the Library, and it’s FREE!
