The Skills Toolkit
This brilliant new platform has been launched by the UK government to help people develop their numeracy and digital skills during the coronavirus pandemic.
There are lots of free courses to choose from, including basic ones for beginners and more advanced ones for when your confidence has grown. To access the toolkit please visit The Skills Toolkit website.
You can also take a skills health check; a series of quizzes designed to help you explore your skills, interests and motivations.
Working through the skills health check can help you decide what kind of jobs might be right for you.
Learn My Way
The Learn My Way website has lots of courses in digital skills to enable you to stay safe and connected.
The courses include the basics on how to use your computer or device, how to use the internet safely, job searching and lots more. The courses are all free. Please visit the Learn My Way website.
Working Wales / Careers Wales
Working Wales have been helping people to re-write their career path for a while now, and they have recently launched a new section on their website which details a whole bunch of training providers including the Open University who have listed over 1000 free courses in their OpenLearn Wales programme.
You can find details on these course, and ones from other providers such as Business Wales and BBC Bitesize by visiting the Working Wales website.
