The Strategic Equality Plan explains the Council’s commitment and drive to be an organisation that actively seeks to improve the lives of people with protected characteristics. It shows how the Council will contribute to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.
The draft Strategic Equality Plan sets out the key priorities that the Council will focus on for the next four years and incorporates actions from Welsh Government’s Anti-racist Wales Action Plan and LGBTQ+ Action Plan.
We know we can’t achieve this alone, and we’ll continue to work with communities and other organisations to create real and meaningful change; we’re listening and we’d really like to hear your ideas.
