Essential Website Maintenance – Thursday 9th January 2020

We will be carrying out essential website maintenance in the afternoon which will affect some functionality. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience the work may cause and will do all we can to keep disruption to an absolute minimum.

Dog Control Orders

Summary (optional)
On 20 October 2017, Conwy’s Dog Control Orders (DCOs) changed automatically to a Public Space Protection Order (PSPO). The content of the PSPO is exactly the same as the previous dog controls and restrictions. Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs) specify an area where activities are taking place that are or may likely be detrimental to the local community's quality of life. PSPOs impose conditions or restrictions on people using that area.

Officers from Public Protection are currently working with Conwy Businesses, other agencies and partners to ensure that they keep up to date with Government Regulations aimed at keeping residents safe and helping to prevent the spread of Covid 19.
You can still log your complaint, we apologise in advance as this additional work will unfortunately, for the next few months, result in some timescales in processing and dealing with your complaint being delayed.
