Homeless Prevention Service
The face to face duty service has closed. Any person homeless or threatened with homelessness can now contact us Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 5:15pm, and Friday 8:45am to 4:45pm on 0300 124 0050 or email housingsolutions@conwy.gov.uk. The emergency out of hours number is 0300 123 3079.
