The above Order made on 8 December 2022, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding a bridleway, that is a public right of way for horses, for people on foot and with a bicycle, in the community of Caerhun.  The Bridleway commences where it leaves the surfaced section of road known as Ffordd Bryn Siriol at grid reference SH 7664 6768 and ascends north easterly for a few metres before turning north westerly passing between the property Bryn Siriol and outbuildings then continuing to ascend north westerly in a slight zig zag manner to terminate adjacent to the entrance of Llidiard Fadog and the tarmac Pant Meurig road at grid reference SH 7620 6794.  The path is approximately 679m in length.  The width of the path varies from 2.9m and 1.5m with pinch points at narrow sections between wall and bedrock.

A copy of the Order and map may be seen at Conwy Library, Llanrwst Library, Council Offices Coed Pella Colwyn Bay and on the Council website.

Any representation or objection relating to the order must be sent in writing to the Head of Law and Governance, PO Box 1, Conwy LL30 9GN or to legal@conwy.gov.uk by no later than  10 February 2023, and must include particulars of the grounds relied on.

If no representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Conwy County Borough Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order.  If the Order is sent to the Welsh Ministers for confirmation, any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
