The Vulnerable People Service are partnering with the charity, Mental Health Innovations, who are introducing their text-based support service to Conwy to help support anyone living or working in the county who is feeling overwhelmed or struggling to cope.

Called CONWY 85258, the service was launched on Monday 10th May to coincide with Mental Health Awareness week.

It is available to anyone, staff and citizens alike, and is a free, anonymous, confidential service, available any time of day or night, 7 days a week.

Text the word CONWY to 85258 to connect to a trained volunteer who will text back and forth and work with the individual and help them take the next steps towards feeling better. They can assist with a range of issues from stress, anxiety and depression to relationship problems and bullying so if you or someone you know or care for needs some help - reach out to CONWY 85258.

This is a UK-wide charity who can only offer the service in English currently.
