Called CONWY 85258, the service was launched on Monday 10th May to coincide with Mental Health Awareness week.

It is available to anyone, staff and citizens alike, and is a free, anonymous, confidential service, available any time of day or night, 7 days a week.

Text the word CONWY to 85258 to connect to a trained volunteer who will text back and forth and work with the individual and help them take the next steps towards feeling better. They can assist with a range of issues from stress, anxiety and depression to relationship problems and bullying so if you or someone you know or care for needs some help - reach out to CONWY 85258.

This is a UK-wide charity who can only offer the service in English currently.
