Target Group - Professionals who are working with individuals that may need to give help and advice around finances.

We often support individuals around money and financial matters and the way in which we offer guidance has a huge bearing on whether that advice is followed.

This session is aimed at those working with vulnerable individuals & families and will help us with the following-

Course aims and objectives:

  • Think about the ways in which we would like to influence behaviouraround money
  • Develop an understanding of ‘what makes people tick’ when they arethinking about money
  • Be able to account for the effects of vulnerability and scarcity ofresources on an individual’s money management skills
  • Understand the 4 important principles for effectively deliveringmessagesCommit to an achievable personal action plan
