This is a pod cast which can be accessed at any time/location and has been created with the aim of offering wellbeing support for people who work within the social care environment. It consists of an interview with Tim Dallinger an experienced consultant and trainer within the care sector where he discusses what staff can do to support themselves and those around them at times of stress, anguish, loss and bereavement.
