Learning Outcomes:
- Understand the legal requirement in relation to birth family members
- To consider the challenges of working with birth family members and the benefits of achieving a positive working relationship for all parties
- Consider the issues raised when children transition to birth families
- Examine the importance of recording in relation to contact
