The following on-line course is being delivered by Zoom. Staff do not need to install Zoom or have an account to access the training. Once your place is confirmed on the course, you will be emailed a link to join the course via your laptop, tablet etc.

Course aims and objectives:
This short course is designed to introduce Personal Care and is mapped to AWIF Workbook 3: Health and Wellbeing. The course is suitable for Residential staff and Domiciliary Care workers and the training includes the following:
- Defining personal care
- Factors which impact on health and wellbeing
- Support for continence
- Foot Care
- Oral care
- Washing and bathing
- Pressure area care
- Nutrition and hydration
