Domiciliary Care
If individuals cancel their support, preferring for families to support them at this time, please inform us as this capacity can be utilised somewhere else if possible.
We ask that you email us at monitoring.team@conwy.gov.uk with the name, DOB, PARIS id and address of the individual who has informed the agency that they wish to cancel their domiciliary care calls.
Retainers will be paid in line with current contractual arrangements (i.e. 5 days or 2 week retainer at 50%). However we can’t guarantee that the person will have the same agency back and recommissioning could take time.
