We will temporarily no longer be undertaking monitoring visits unless we have any significant concerns related to safeguarding or the quality of care.
It is important that we maintain good communication so we have allocated a Partnership Support Officer for each provider. Thank you for all the information you provide to us. It has given us a really good overview of the concerns and issues that are important to you. We have been providing this information to the Welsh Government.
At this stage the Partnership Officers will continue to make regular calls to you to discuss any concerns you have and to keep you updated. At the moment this will be Monday to Friday. During the weekends and evening please continue to use the out of hours emergency number: 0300 123 6688.
We are also arranging teleconferences for you to discuss your concerns.
We will also be working closely with our health colleagues.
