In response to the suspension of all face to face training Conwy Workforce Development & Learning have put together a Learning Plan for new staff that you will be employing. The Learning Plan gives an overview to the principles, values and basic skills needed when giving hands-on or face to face care with the most vulnerable in our communities.
The sessions are all on-line modules which includes a document to sign and have countersigned by the Line Manager to confirm that the employee has completed all the learning and understood the content.
The modules in the Learning Plan are for completion by all new care staff once restrictions are lifted, new employees who are new to care will be required to complete more comprehensive training.
