Values-based recruitmentWeCare Wales jointly with the Helen Sanderson Associates team are hosting a series of interactive online workshops for care providers on ‘Values-Based Recruitment.’ The purpose of these workshops is to ensure that the right people are supporting our communities. By concentrating on values-based recruitment there is more chance of making this a reality.

These workshops are open to any care providers that works within the children or adult’s workforce.

The programme will provide you with a practical step by step process to recruit great people with the right values for where you work. Beyond the programme there will be ongoing support and resources to help you put what you’ve learned into practice.

This event will be held on Zoom. You will be sent the joining link the day before the event so after registering remember to put a reminder in your calendar.

There are 5 sessions available, with every session concentrating on a different aspect of values-based recruitment. Every session is two hours in length.

We are aware because of pressures on your services it might not be possible for one person to attend every session. Different members of the team are welcome to attend the sessions.
