Conwy Supports Two Minutes Silence

Conwy County Borough Council is supporting the Royal British Legion's call for a nationwide observance of a Two Minute Silence to begin at 11am on Friday 11th November 2022, to mark Armistice on the '11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month'.

Cllr Ifor Glyn Lloyd, Chairman of Conwy County Borough Council, said "I hope others in the community, whether they are at work or at home, will join us in observing two minutes silence to pay tribute to those who have lost their lives in conflict.”
