Proposals for a new pedestrian crossing - Glan Conwy

Glan Conwy residents are being invited to a public drop in session to discuss proposals for a new pedestrian crossing.

Welsh Government is working with the Trunk Road Agency and Conwy County Borough Council on the planned scheme. Representatives from all three organisations will be on hand to show the preferred options and answer questions. Residents are encouraged to share their thoughts and ideas so that one option can be chosen for construction.

There will also be an opportunity to see plans for a widened footpath from Church Street to Cae Ffwt business park and leisure facilities, for pedestrians and cyclists to share. This could be extended in the future to connect to the cycle network.

The session is at Church House, Church Street, Glan Conwy on Thursday 14th November. Visitors are welcome to drop in between 3.00pm and 7.00pm.
