Prosecution for failure to submit official documentation

At Llandudno Magistrates Court, on 9 October 2018, a case against Lyons Holiday Parks Limited - New Coast Road, Rhyl, Denbighshire, LL18 3UU - of failing to submit documentation to comply with condition 4.2 and 4.3 of site licence number CCBC60, was proved in their absence.

Lyons Holiday Parks Limited was fined £1,500.00, ordered to pay £81.00 costs and a victim surcharge of £150.00. A total of £1,731.00.

Lyons Holiday Parks Limited is the holder of a site licence at Oakfield Caravan Park, Morfa Avenue, Kinmel Bay, LL18 5LH. A new site licence was issued under Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960 on the 21 February 2018.

In order to comply with the site licence conditions, Lyons Holiday Parks Limited is required to submit a copy of their flood consequence assessment and flood evacuation policy. To date the required finalised documentation has not been received.
