Wind Farm Consultation Reminder
Conwy’s Cabinet Members are reminding local residents to take part in the Awel y Môr Wind Farm project consultation.
The RWE consultation, which runs until 11 October, invites local residents to comment on plans for an offshore wind farm off the coast of North Wales.
Conwy’s Cabinet Member for Regulatory Services, Cllr Goronwy Edwards, said: “I urge residents to take a look at the plans from RWE and, if you haven’t already done so, please take this opportunity to submit your views.”
Council Leader, Cllr Charlie McCoubrey agrees, he added: “Members of Conwy’s Planning Committee will be submitting feedback to RWE next month, but it’s important that everyone has the opportunity to take part.”
The virtual exhibition is available online at: www.awelymor.cymru
The plans are also available to view at Abergele Library, Colwyn Bay Library, Llandudno Library and Llanfairfechan Library.
If you have any questions, you can email email@example.com phone 0800 197 8232 or complete the project questionnaire online. For more information visit www.awelymor.cymru
