Due to the current Covid-19 situation we confirm that Prom Xtra 2021 will once again be a virtual celebration.
We understand it’s disappointing for many who are looking forward to returning to enjoy family-friendly activities. But for now we must stay at home to save lives.
Event planning takes time which is why we’re now making this announcement for all partners, traders and visitors to know.
However keep the date in your diary, 8 May 2021, to enjoy a virtual line-up of old and new Prom Xtra entertainment for all the family.
Cllr Louise Emery, Conwy County Borough Council’s Cabinet Member with responsibility for Events said “We know it’s disappointing we can’t meet on our lovely promenade, but at the moment the right environment for Prom Xtra 2021 is from your home.
“We’re thrilled some of our line-up can provide a variety of entertainment for our virtual Prom Xtra. And we congratulate and appreciate how so many have adapted the way they work during the past twelve months to provide entertainment, virtually.
“Helping so many people, who in turn help all of us by staying at home to save lives.”
