No third party recipients will be provided with personal data unless required by law. The Housing Strategy Team may also share anonymized data, for research purposes, with other agencies. Citizens also have the right to request a copy of their personal data held and to correct any inaccuracies.

Information will be retained by Conwy County Borough Council for no more than 1 year from the end of the consultation. If a citizen feels that Conwy County Borough Council has mishandled their personal data at any time they can make a complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office by visiting their website or by calling their helpline on 0303 123 1113.
