Summary (optional)

The interview process is to help us get to know you and to understand what key skills and experiences you could bring to the role. We know interviews can be stressful and we want to assure you that all our interviewers will be doing their best to put you at ease. The best way to overcome those uncomfortable feelings is to be prepared. We’ve put together some questions you may be asked which are based on our core competencies and values which we hope will help you.

These questions are intended to give you a general idea of what we might ask you at your interview, but there is no guarantee that these exact questions will come up. So, while these examples can help you prepare, it’s important to stay flexible and ready for any questions relevant to the service area you're interviewing for as well as the specific job. Look to the person specification on the application form to get a feel of what you might be asked and think about what example you could provide. If you’re new to working, or had a career break, remember your examples can be from any area of your life.
