Conwy Local Housing Prospectus has been developed to provide Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) and other stakeholders with the information they need to make informed decisions about where to search for land and property to deliver new affordable housing.
Conwy’s Housing and Homelessness Strategy 2026-2031 vision is for 'people in Conwy to have access to affordable, good quality accommodation that enhances their lives and that homelessness is rare, brief and unrepeated'.
The prospectus provides a summary of the affordable housing demand in Conwy and the strategic housing priorities for the next 12 months.
