Frequently Asked Questions

1) Go to the My Conwy Account home page.

3) Follow the link ‘Register’.

4) Enter the email address you want to use. This will be your username.

5) Create a password; this must meet the password rules.

6) Then use the ‘Submit’ button to create the account.

7) You will be sent an email asking you to verify your account.

8) Log in using the link provided to activate your account.

Once you have logged in to your account, you will be asked to create a profile.

This will include your name, address, postcode and contact details.

When you have added this information, click "submit" to set up your profile.

This information will be used to show you information about your bin collection days and to auto-complete forms or requests you make when you are logged in to your account.

1) Go to the My Conwy Account page.

2) Click on the "Forgotten Password" link under the log in fields.

3) Enter the email address that is registered to your account and click "submit".

4) You will then receive an email will a reset password link.

5) Follow the link and enter a new password, confirm the password and click "submit".

6) You will be automatically signed in to your account.

When you log in to your account, you will see a small panel listing your most recent requests.

You can also view a full history of your requests by clicking on the "My Requests" link at the top of the page.

You can update your name, address and contact details at any time. To do this, log in to your account and click on the "Edit Profile" button under your details.

You can also update the email address you have associated with the account. To do this, log in to your account and click on the "Change E-Mail" button under your details.

To change your password, log in to your account and click on the "Change Password" button.
