Conwy County Borough Council (Disabled Person’s Parking Places) (No 1) Order 2025
The Conwy County Borough Council has made an Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to designate the lengths of road specified in Schedule 1 as a Disabled Person’s Parking Place for the exclusive use of vehicles displaying a valid Disabled Person’s Badge and a Residents Permit and to revoke the restrictions specified in Schedule 2.
A copy of the Order and plans, which will come into operation 8 December 2025 may be examined on the Council website. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date hereof apply to the High Court for this purpose.
