As the Council reviews its assets, some of them may be considered surplus to requirement and released for disposal either by way of freehold sale (For Sale), or leasehold (To Let).
The Authority does not maintain a mailing list of applicants seeking council properties for sale and recommends that those wishing to acquire land and buildings review what is available by regularly checking the CCBC website and via the classified section of the local press.
