Conwy Employment Hub is a one-stop shop for helping local people find meaningful employment.
Our team of mentors and advisors offer tailored support to people, enabling them to either progress into work, find suitable training opportunities or volunteer positions.
Conwy Employment Hub has 2 dedicated Employer Engagement Officers, Clare Kingscott and Alice Kirwan.
Clare and Alice work closely with employers across all sectors within Conwy County to help fill vacancies and offer support in other areas such as training and development, holding regular jobs fairs and by offering a bespoke job matching service.
One feature that is being developed is its Guaranteed Interview Scheme which is designed to help enhance the recruitment process for employers. The scheme attracts more job seekers to the Hub’s programme, therefore widening the pool of candidates that can put in front of recruiting managers.
All applicants will be pre-screened and only the most suitable candidates who meet all of your job specifications will be put forward for interview, saving you time and money, and now is your chance to take advantage of this extra service.
