See It: Report any incidents happening in or around our premises to a member of staff.
Safeguard: Safety is a priority, make sure to safeguard yourself and other people.
Stop It: We are committed to creating inclusive, safe spaces where racism is not welcome. Help us be part of the solution.
We do not tolerate:
- Offensive jokes, slurs, or discriminatory remarks
- Threatening, abusive, or violent behaviour
- Hate speech, symbols, or gestures of intolerance
Consequences for unacceptable behaviour may include:
- Being asked to leave Council premises
- We may call the police if necessary
Together we can build a community rooted in dignity, equality and mutual respect.

- There is an immediate danger to life
- Someone is using violence or is threatening to be violent
