If you do make a notification it is important that you keep either a screen shot, PDF or document of some sort to show that you have made a notification, as this will be the evidence you need to access PPE equipment going forward.
In order to ensure resilience, CIW is encouraging all providers to nominate several online assistants to ensure they are easily able to share information with them. Responsible Individuals (RIs) can delegate someone working at their service to make notifications about the service on their behalf. Those chosen will become designated online assistants.
