Community Cohesion Fund 2026/2027

Community Cohesion Fund 2026/2027

The North West Wales Community Cohesion Fund has an opportunity for organisations to apply for funding between £500 and £5,000 to ensure that elements of Community Cohesion are embedded in communities.

Applications for events and activities to bring communities together are welcome from organisations in Conwy, Anglesey or Gwynedd.

The fund is administered by the Community Cohesion Team for North West Wales.

Application and information packs are available until 27 May 2026 by emailing communitycohesion@anglesey.gov.uk
