Councillor Julie Fallon

Conwy County Borough Council has elected Councillor Julie Fallon as Leader at a Special Meeting of the Council this morning (08/10/25).

Cllr Fallon (Conwy First Independent Group) replaces Cllr Charlie McCoubrey. This follows Cllr McCoubrey’s decision last month to stand down from the role.

Cllr Fallon will confirm her Cabinet in due course.
