Plas yn Dre

Conwy County Borough Council secured Welsh Government Transforming Towns Funding to regenerate a strategic site in Llanrwst.

The Plas yn Dre site has been identified as a key strategic location with strong potential for commercial, retail, or mixed-use development. Removing the former buildings creates a valuable opportunity to reimagine the site and support economic growth. The regeneration of Plas yn Dre is intended to help revitalise Llanrwst, attract new businesses, and strengthen the town centre.

We would like to encourage you to get involved with our consultation and engagement events being held in Llanrwst on the following dates and times: 

• 19/03 in Glasdir at 2pm-3pm or 3.30pm-4.30pm
• 20/03 in Glasdir at 10:00am-11:00am or 11:30am-12:30pm
