If you have a sensory loss (you are Deaf, hard of hearing, blind, deafblind or have a visual impairment), we want to ensure that you can access communication support and you can get information about the services we offer.

We provide help, advice and support to people who are:

If you think you, or someone you know, needs an assessment you can contact our SPOA (Single Point Of Access) team and ask to be referred to the Sensory Loss Team.

Conwy’s Sensory Loss team offers general and specialist advice and support, assessment (including specialist assessments for deafblind) and referral service, equipment support, a rehabilitation service for people with hearing loss

  • Fortnightly face to face BSL interpreter drop in sessions at Canolfan Marl for  more detailed / complex/ sensitive discussions every other Wednesday from 3pm - 7pm
